Hi! My name is Chelsea.
Mom to 3 beautiful children: 9, 8 and 3 Years old.
They are my entire world and yes, my life does circle around them. Typical Mom here. They are the reason behind picking up a camera, I wanted to document my children's lives. I have kept up on my promise all the while taking on others to photograph as well.
Outside of being a Mom I am a photographer with a love for Art, Creativity and Pushing the Boundaries. Since I was a little girl my love for Art grew as I did: starting with crayons upgrading to colored pencils then onto pastels. My grandmother taught me all that I know, love and cherish so much about Art, she gave me the foundation that one would need to pursue the more creative side to life. My grandmother taught me so much such as color theory along with the color wheel, introduced me to artists, all the different time periods, styles, and types. Eventually she was the teacher in my high school. How cool, huh? This whole Art runs deep, and it's rooted within me. I know this.

Before the Photography I was in the healthcare field and recently went back. I had to!
The skills experience I gained from the healthcare field have shaped into the person today. I obtained my CNA in 2012 and took on various jobs that involved caring for others in different ways and settings. I worked in a nursing home for few years, attending to the elderly: assisting with bathroom needs, dressing and undressing, bathing, and, of course, vital signs. The vitals I took when I moved a hospital were astonishing.

I then entered a very touching phase of my career: working with individuals who were intellectually and/or physically impaired, as well as those who were blind and deaf. I now realize how much I miss those days. I learned lot, not only the classes I, such CRMA and DSP, also from the personal growth. I applied these to my life: I learned basic ASL and a great deal of patience.

I am forever grateful for this period of my life I have slowly re-entered the field to accommodate my current life. I now know I need to be creative, but I also have a strong desire to care for others too.
Thank you for reading this short snippet about me, I appreciate it. I hope to work with you soon. I seriously can't wait!!
