Kicking Off an Ambassador
Reasons for Strikes
Inconsistent Participation: Failing to attend meetings or photoshoots without prior communication or valid excuses may lead to strikes. Consistent absence affects the team dynamics.
Negative Behavior: - Exhibiting disrespectful behavior toward peers, clients, or representing the brand poorly (e.g., negative comments on social media) will not be tolerated.

Failure to Promote: - Not actively participating in promoting the brand (such as not sharing on social media or engaging with potential clients) after repeated reminders may result in strikes.
Inappropriate Content: - Sharing or posting inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content that doesn’t align with the brand’s values may lead to immediate consequences.
Parental Issues: - If parents express concerns or withdraw consent for participation based on any behavior issues occurring during the program.
Breach of Trust: - Sharing confidential information about the brand or other ambassadors without consent will result in immediate review and possible dismissal.
Kicking Off Process
Warning strikes for minor infractions AND After three strikes, a review meeting will be held to discuss their continuation in the program.
Review Meeting: -Ambassadors receiving a significant violation or accruing three strikes will be invited for a meeting to discuss their behavior and possible dismissal.
Final Decision: - After the review, a final decision will be communicated, including any conditions for remaining in the program or a formal notice of dismissal.
Feedback Opportunity: - The ambassador in question will have a chance to provide their perspective during the review process.
